Luntstone Limited & Meiller-Boweld: Two Local Businesses Driving Growth Together in Deeside

In a partnership that highlights the strength of local enterprise, Luntstone Limited has successfully completed the £800,000 programme of electrical, mechanical, and 6,400sq-ft Office construction for fellow North Wales company Meiller-Boweld at their new Deeside Industrial Estate premises.

The project — originally planned for 22 weeks — was delivered in just 18 weeks, four weeks ahead of schedule.

As part of the works, Luntstone also completed an additional £60,000 package to install reinforced concrete pads, ready for Meiller-Boweld’s new Goliath crane — a major step forward in boosting production capacity.

Building a Future-Ready Facility

Luntstone’s delivery went beyond industrial works. The company also designed and built the new office and welfare areas, creating a modern and efficient workplace with:

• Meeting rooms and private offices
• First aid and welfare spaces
• Kitchens and breakout areas
• State-of-the-art air conditioning
• Advanced networking and IT systems

The result is a facility that balances high-capacity production with a comfortable, well-equipped office environment, giving Meiller-Boweld the infrastructure it needs for the future.
